2. Approval of Minutes of August 6 meeting

Follow up: Newsletter distribution Sept. 15

Surveys are coming in; write up summary for October 10 General Meeting

New web site is up

3. Attendance for City Planning Workshop Sept. 18, 6:30-8:30

Entire committee urged to attend, names in advance to Nicole

4. Plans for October 10 General Meeting- focus on re-write of Neighborhood Plan

Anne needs copies of everyone’s report on our walking tours

Chris Koch invited

General solicitation for participation in workgroups

General themes, issues (security, code enforcement, historic district,

neighborhood maintenance, strengthen unity of 3 “islands”,

owner-occupied/ landlord-rental issues, walkability/quality of life)

Half hour workgroups for committee as follows:

1) Neighborhood Design

2) Parks, Recreation, Open Space

3) Transportation

4) Housing

Leave other topics (capital facilities, utilities & services, land use & maps) for later development

Survey results

Anne will prepare agenda with projected times

Lynn will get banners corrected

Volunteer to make home made cookies
